Home Rules and Truths
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests can bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals after the discussion with the property point of contact.
- These include the monsoon season, fluctuations in electricity supply, or potential power outages from the local electricity provider (MCSB).
Policies
- 50% advance payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed; remaining 50% has to be cleared before check-in.
- The number of guests can exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking at additional cost after discussion with the villa point of contact.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Cancellation Policies
- For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked villa
- For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded if 100% payment is made at time of booking
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
- Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.

- A refundable deposit between Rs. 3000 to Rs. 10000 may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded at the time of check-out, provided the total number of guests does not increase; there is no damage made to the property and the check-out time is adhered to.
